Students to produce and present a brochure using verbal and visual features to communicate information based on one of the above outdoor education activities.

The brochure will include:

  • Identification and information on how to use safe practices and risk management strategies when involved in outdoor education activities, eg. cycling, orienteering, water activities.
  • Written instructions and explanations about one of the EOC activities or facts based on one of the EOC activities.
  • Accurate information.
  • Effective layout using photographs, graphics, maps, use of different fonts for headings and captions.
